Ahead of The Walking Dead universe panel at New York Comic Con this Saturday and The Walking Dead's Season 10 premiere on Sunday, AMC has released the first look photos of the upcoming third Walking Dead series. The six photos introduce the series' young survivors, played by Aliyah Royale, Alexa Mansour, Annet Mahendru, Nicolas Cantu, Hal Cumpston, and Nico Tortorella.
AMC says the third installment of the franchise will feature two young female protagonists — Iris (Royale) and Hope (Mansour) — and "focus on the first generation to come-of-age in the apocalypse as we know it. Some will become heroes. Some will become villains. In the end, all of them will be changed forever. Grown-up and cemented in their identities, both good and bad."
Meet Hope and Iris!
Hope and Iris have a friend named Elton (Cantu).
Hope and Silas (Cumpson) on the prowl.
Silas already has an iconic weapon: a big ol' wrench.
Felix (Tortorella) and Huck (Mahendru) seem to be outside of the core group. But are they friends or enemies?
Dying in a plane crash and then spending your zombie afterlife trapped in your seat because you buckled your seatbelt seems awful.
More about the third Walking Dead series will be revealed Saturday, Oct. 5. It's coming to AMC in spring 2020.
