Hulu is firming up its schedule through the end of the year. The streaming service has announced premiere dates for three series in addition to the previously announced Wu-Tang: An American Saga (Sept. 4) and Looking for Alaska (Oct. 18).
The 10-episode first season of the new comedy Dollface, which stars Kat Dennings, arrives Friday, Nov. 15. The series follows Jules (Dennings), a young woman who, after being dumped by her longterm boyfriend, is attempting to reenter what Hulu describes as "the world of women" in order to rekindle the female friendships she abandoned while in a relationship.
Hulu will then debut the 10-episode first season of Reprisal on Friday, Dec. 6. Described as a noir revenge drama, the show stars Abigail Spencer as a femme fatale who embarks on a campaign of vengeance after being left for dead. The series also stars Rodrigo Santoro, Mena Massoud, Madison Davenport, Rhys Wakefield, David Dastmalchian, W. Earl Brown, and Gilbert Owuor.
A week later, on Friday, Dec. 13, the 10-episode third season of Marvel's Runaways will pick up with the Runaways searching for Chase (Gregg Sulkin), Gert (Ariela Barer), and Karolina (Virginia Gardner), who were captured at the end of Season 2. They will face off against a new enemy who has targeted Leslie (Annie Wersching) and the child she's carrying. But that's not all: Nico (Lyrica Okano) will also draw everyone into a dark realm where Morgan le Fay, played by Elizabeth Hurley, will be the most dangerous foe they've come up against yet.
Better clear your calendars now, because it sounds like there's a lot going down this fall on Hulu.
