Claws' big league criminals Zlata (Franka Potente), Ruval (Jimmy Jean-Louis), and Uncle Daddy (Dean Norris) all underestimated Desna (Niecy Nash), and that mistake cost them dearly. The former two wound up dead while Uncle Daddy was forced out of the business he'd long controlled. Now, it looks Desna's new business partners, Mac (Michael Horse) and Melba Lovestone (Rebecca Creskoff), are about to learn that same hard lesson.

In an exclusive sneak peek at Sunday's episode, titled "Muscle and Flow," the married pair assume, like Ruval, that Desna will sit back and let them run this business. However, Desna's not one to sit idly by, and she begins to assert her new sense of authority. Strutting into the casino like it's a catwalk in Paris, Desna introduces the Lovestones to her girls, who will assume their own positions in the business. Polly (Carrie Preston) will serve as general manager, while Quiet Ann (Judy Reyes), who kept trouble at bay with her trusted bat as the salon's watchful guard, takes on the role of Head of Security.

These new positions might be fitting for the gang, but the work may also end up tearing the girls apart. "The casino is going to test the relationships with the women in a great way, so it's gonna be a lot of stress on those [friendships]," Niecy Nash previously told TV Guide.
