House is recruited by the CIA to help diagnose a dying agent, but the agency doctor (Michael Michele) spearheading the case offers very little information about the agent's history or previous assignments. That means House must improvise. Meanwhile, House's six remaining job candidates question Foreman's judgment and argue over the diagnosis of a female race-car driver who passed out after a race.
